The COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test is a self test designed for home or private use. It is used to detect the presence of COVID-19 antigens in the nasal cavity. It is very easy to use and results are available in 15 minutes.

Directions for Use
Before using you should wash your hands and clear, clean and dry a hard flat surface. Open the kit and check carefully that all the listed contents are there. Please see product packaging for full usage instructions before use. This product can be used by any competent adult and is designed so that it can be self administered. Children aged 14 years of age should be assisted by an adult.
If you get a positive test
If you get a positive test you should arrange a follow up PCR test through your General Practitioner (GP) or through a HSE walk-in test centre. You should restrict your movements in the meantime.
If you get a negative test
If you get a negative test, the virus has not been detected. This means that you either do not have the virus or your viral load is too low to be detected. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 such as headache, temperature, cough, or loss of your sense of smell or taste, then you should contact your GP for further advice.
