Directions: Thorougly wash face with soap and water, and ensure skin is free from make up or cream Wet nose area and peel the nose strip off the plastic inner. Apply nose strip with shiny side facing your skin, smoothing out any creases. Allow to dry for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. When the strip has dried, slowly and carefully, peel the strip off starting at the edges then pulling towards the centre. If the strip adheres too strongly or is painful to remove, wet the skin thoroughly until the strip is easy to remove. Remove any residue left on your nose with water.
