- Remove any creams or oils and make sure skin is dry before applying
- Do Not use for more than 12 hours & Remove before sleeping
- Try not to over touch the adhesive & avoid creasing the tape
- Apply Tape and then nipple covers
- Fits A,B,C & D cups
